I am sore today. Oh yeah, I blocked yesterday. I block on a big mat on the floor, so I am on my hands and knees the whole time, stretching over the piece as needed, as long as needed. Knitting comes before comfort. Thinking about it, I am often in plank position over the yarn, sometimes one armed, pinning or steaming. Doing two pieces well takes at least an hour, maybe longer — I didn’t check the clock yesterday. But, yeah, today I am sore. Blocking is a good workout.
