Evan and I went to Waterworks Cinemas for MovieScoop’s $1 Summer Series this morning. On Wednesdays and Thursdays at 10am there is a kids movie playing, and admission is $1 each, kids and grownups both! Today we got to see “Sing”. We’ve seen it once before, but I really enjoyed seeing it again. We picked tickets for the back row, and when we got in the theater we found that the back row was just next to the door, and all the other rows sloped down from there. There was a bit of an aisle separating our row from the other rows so patrons can walk across the back to then go down the theater on both sides. Nobody else ended up in the back row, which was perfect for us. Because Evan was out of his seat and dancing to all the musical numbers. In case you haven’t seen this movie yet, there are a lot of them. Because of the layout, he had plenty of room and didn’t annoy anyone. It was awesome. There are two weeks left in the series, “Bee Movie” and “Home Alone”. I’m sorry I forgot and missed some of the earlier ones. It is a great deal.
